Bussare per visitare le Cola Cola

Editorial
The birth of terracotta whistles has archaic origins. These objects started to being used as magical tools and they were shaped representing sacred animals or deities. Nowadays they can be found in many different shapes, the most popular type of whistle is the "cock-shaped whistle". It used to be, in the ancient times, the symbol of virility, and to hearten the spirits during the night till dawn with its call announcing the sunrise. Unfortunately with the industrial civilization some of these traditional objects went lost, but we hope for a great rescue of them, which have fascinating and charming endless stories to tell our new generations. The aim of this book is to tell the story of Beniamino Loglisci, artisan producer of Cola Cola from Gravina di Puglia.
